Infants, especially newborns, should use with caution. People with allergic constitution should use with caution.
Patients with burns larger than 20%, large open wounds, lithium treated patients, renal failure (due to potential hazards such as metabolic acid groups and nephrotoxicity), and thyroid disease patients should not use it locally or for a long time.
Burn patients or those with poor liver function are not recommended to use it, as it can lead to an increase in AST levels, especially in those with extensive burns.
Not applicable to patients with non-toxic thyroid tumors.
