Recently, our company organized an important pre-trial coaching meeting to ensure that all departments fully understand and prepare for the upcoming ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 certification audits. This meeting clarified the specific work requirements of each department in terms of system operation, document management, record control, training plans, etc.
In terms of ISO9001 quality management system, the meeting required the production department to strictly implement raw material inspection, process inspection and finished product inspection to ensure that product quality meets national standards. At the same time, the technical department is required to formulate and implement effective inspection procedures to ensure that products meet customer requirements and company standards. In addition, the purchasing department is required to strengthen the management of suppliers to ensure that purchased materials meet quality requirements.
Regarding the ISO14001 environmental management system, the meeting required the Environmental Protection Office to strengthen on-site management and monitoring to ensure that wastewater, exhaust gas and other emissions meet environmental protection requirements. At the same time, the engineering department is required to conduct regular inspections and maintenance of facilities and equipment to ensure their normal operation. In addition, the purchasing department is required to give priority to environmentally friendly raw materials.
Regarding the ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system, the meeting required the Safety Office to strengthen safety education and training for employees to ensure that they understand and comply with safe operating procedures. At the same time, the engineering department is required to identify and evaluate hazardous factors in the workplace and take corresponding preventive measures. In addition, the purchasing department is required to purchase protective equipment that meets safety standards.
Through this meeting, heads of various departments stated that they will strictly follow the meeting requirements and carefully prepare for the upcoming three certificate audits. The company will continue to support the work of various departments and jointly promote continuous improvement of the system and sustainable development of the company.
